Shipments and returns

Your pack shipment

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via UPS, tracking numbers are available upon request.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed at a rate of $9.95.

International shipping costs between $30-$35, please allow up to 14 business days for delivery.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Returns

Returs are accepted as long as the product(s) has not been opened. Shipping costs to return the item are the responsibility of the customer. Refund will be provided upon receipt of the item(s).
